Her first home purchase was a condo on Lake Washington in Kirkland (a fun story she loves to share) while later a move to the waterfront on the Puget Sound. Kristine now enjoys an urban lifestyle living in a waterfront town with boardwalk restaurants, shops, and hiking trails.

Kristine is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle and member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She has three children, a daughter on the east coast pursing real estate, a second daughter studying medicine, and a son in high school. Recently added to the family is a beloved miniature Australian Labradoodle. Kristine is part of the swimming, hiking and equestrian community and enjoys being part of home building and design.
