We loved working with Team Strouse. Kristine and Terri are the best Realtors we’ve ever worked with. They are the cream of the crop within the Real Estate Industry. My husband and I, are both licensed agents in California. We felt that their knowledge and professionalism was the best we’ve ever experienced. They were focused on getting the right house for us not just making a sale. We went through a range of emotions while looking at numerous houses as a relocation family. Both Kristine and Terri helped us temper our emotions by genuinely listening and letting us know they were there to support us as well. Great, at negotiating on our behalf. Very happy with our home that we purchased.

If I could give Kristine 10,000 stars, I absolutely would! Kristine and her mother, Terri, are beyond helpful and genuinely care about their clients. Kristine is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and working with her has been an incredible experience. We listed our property with Team Strouse (Kristine & Terri). Kristine was the lead and Terri assisted throughout. They listened carefully to what we wanted and made sure that our needs were met in the process. Kristine had an extensive process for helping us price the house and also worked hard to help us stage the house to look its best. Once the home was listed she kept us updated and helped us work through the offers we received. We discussed the trade offs with the offers and she helped us negotiate fair prices and terms with the buyers. As we worked towards closing Kristine made sure we were updated and worked all the details to close things out. It was smooth from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend listing with Team Strouse. We always felt like we were in good hands.

Kristine was very helpful and professional in my home search. I was moving from Massachusetts to Illinois and had a number of specific requirements for my new home. She was thorough and timely with everything. She also has been very helpful with contacts and suggestions even after the closing. I recently have had the pleasure of working with Kristine on my house sale, although the nature of my house sale process was more challenging than any typical sale process, she was very knowledgeable and made the whole thing seem smooth and easy!
