Kristine's opening statement to me, was that when I get an offer, she stays with the offer until it's a done deal. That she makes deals happen and will do her very best to overcome anything to make this deal happen. And I can tell you, she lived up to that statement! And she accepted my home to sell even after I told her the facts and that another real estate office had turned me down because it was too complicated of a deal and they didn't want to do it. They recommended Kristine, because she has tenacity to get deals done! It took almost 3-1/2 months to close and we had many extensions, but she kept the buyers, bank and escrow/title moving forward, only doing an extension when it was absolutely necessary. This deal was so unusual - the buyer lives on the east coast and during the deal, they did three vacations, which meant delays in getting replies from them; then they changed banks and everything started over again. Kristine stayed on top of the matters everyday which required lots and lots of phone calls and emails and clarifications. I also was included in her emails to everyone so I knew what was happening. This deal required a detail-oriented person because the property address had been changed by the post office, so proof of that was needed and I had purchased the property in my maiden name, so I had to submit name change information, just to list a couple of items. Tenacity was very much needed and Kristine has it and she does it with a wonderful personality and smile! Sharon L.
