Born and raised on the Peninsula, Kristjan Higdon began his real estate career as an investor in the SF Peninsula and Hawaii. When he foresaw the 2007 housing collapse, he cashed out and advised clients to do the same. 7 years later, after living the dream on an island paradise, Kristjan and his lovely wife Andrea returned to the Peninsula having achieved their lifestyle and real estate dream. Settling down to raise their family on the Peninsula, he is now committed to providing his services to others as a local and global realtor consultant.
