Kristofer Kampmeyer is a licensed REALTOR® and co-founder of Team Johnson, brokered by eXp Realty, alongside his husband and business partner, Trace Johnson. Together, they proudly serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Mahoning Valley and surrounding communities.
Before becoming licensed, Kristofer spent several years building a strong foundation behind the scenes of real estate operations, including property management and transaction coordination. His experience includes supporting high-performing teams affiliated with RE/MAX and Keller Williams, as well as serving as a Senior Real Estate Coordinator with Entera Realty.
At Entera, Kristofer managed large-scale transactions for institutional investors across multiple states and MLS systems, including Ohio, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Georgia. This experience gave him an extensive understanding of contracts, compliance, negotiation, and transaction flow, allowing him to anticipate challenges, protect his clients’ interests, and help create smooth, well-organized closings.
A proud Robert Morris University alumnus, Kristofer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with additional study in psychology. His education continues to shape his relationship-driven approach, negotiation skills, and commitment to creating positive client experiences. Real estate is also part of his family’s story, having been introduced to the industry at a young age.
