Kristofer Kampmeyer is a licensed REALTOR® and co-founder of Team Johnson with eXp Realty, alongside his husband and business partner, Trace Johnson, proudly serving the Mahoning Valley and surrounding areas.
Before becoming licensed, Kristofer spent several years building a strong foundation behind the scenes of real estate operations, including property management and transaction coordination. His experience includes supporting top-performing teams with RE/MAX and Keller Williams, as well as serving as a Senior Real Estate Coordinator with Entera Realty, where he managed large-scale transactions for institutional investors across multiple states and MLS systems, including Ohio, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Georgia.
This background gives Kristofer a deep understanding of contracts, compliance, negotiation, and transaction flow—allowing him to anticipate challenges, protect his clients’ interests, and ensure smooth, well-organized closings.
A proud Robert Morris University alumnus, Kristofer holds a BSBA with additional focus in psychology, which continues to shape his relationship-driven approach, negotiation skills, and commitment to creating positive client experiences. Real estate is also part of his family’s story, having been introduced to the industry at a young age.
