I have had the pleasure of working closely with Kristy for several years. As colleagues, she is my go-to expert on all things real estate. She has an amazing knowledge of the ins-and-outs of contracts and that provides a competitive edge for her clients. Kristy also keeps hyper aware of day-to-day market dynamics so she can advise them on pricing and other trends. Not only does she surpass other realtors in her abilities and industry knowledge, Kristy’s interpersonal skills are also exceptional. She really listens to her clients and is able to translate their needs and wants into practical options. Similarly, Kristy proposes ideas that they may not have considered. She is always respectful and considerate to all parties involved in a transaction, but her genuine warmth and friendliness sometimes masks her toughness as a killer negotiator. Indeed, I have rarely seen an agent so hardworking and dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients as Kristy!

I have never bought a home sight unseen before. After my experience with Kristy, I can say with confidence that I will do it again. From the first conversation to the final details prior to closing, she always put my concerns at ease and represented my interests. She was honest, timely, charismatic, and above all else, a true professional of her craft. When the time comes for me, family, and/or friends to conduct a real estate transaction in the DC area, she will be the first person I go to. I cannot say enough good things about her support throughout the purchase of my new home. Bottom line...she will go above and beyond to support you!

Kristy Crombie, with McEnearney Associates, Inc. in Old Town, Alexandria, is such a pleasure to work with. The professionalism and dedication she shows clients is truly hard to come by during a time when so many unqualified people attempt careers in real estate. The fact that her roots are in Alexandria offers next level expertise. Last, but certainly not least, knowing that I can come to her with any questions and that her response is almost immediate is very reassuring.
