Kristy was amazing as a realtor and I was so thankful throughout the very stressful process of selling and buying concurrently that I had her professional expertise. She is patient, understanding and was first to show up to help stage and clean the house for pictures and showings.

I have never sold a house before and didn’t know what to expect. I met a realtor prior to Kristy and was disappointed at what he quoted my house at. I mentioned to a friend how frustrated I was and she recommended Kristy. After meeting with her, I was excited at the range of what my house could sell for. She answered all my questions and explained every step of the way so I would know what to expect. I really appreciate that. She was responsive to every call. She was always honest throughout, and provided other options when I was stressed. She was encouraging every step of the way. What I liked most about Kristy is she was very professional but yet compassionate. That was important to me to feel that she had my best interest in hand. Her kindness and patience through this ordeal will always be remembered. My house sold way faster than what I had expected. I look forward to working with her again when I am ready to purchase another house. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for her. To me, she excelled as a realtor in every way. I highly recommend Kristy. She was awesome!!!

Kristy was a major asset in finding and purchasing our first home. We had been discouraged by friend’s horror stories, the competitive market, and pushy sales agents at open houses in the area for almost a year. Kristy’s positive outlook and affable manner changed everything. Kristy’s availability and responsiveness were better than we could have ever hoped for. Her flexibility in scheduling around our work calendars removed the stress of the quick-paced Seattle market. Kristy was knowledgeable about all of the geographical areas we were considering, even those well outside her normal territory. She was always willing to meet somewhere convenient for us and handle as many things electronically as we could (definitely our preference). She worked with us and our constantly evolving changes to what we were looking for (including our erratic indecisiveness about house styles we thought we wanted and neighborhoods we though we didn’t want). I would have been frustrated with me for a client, but she rolled with it and stayed excited throughout the process and provided all of the moral support we needed as newbies. Her advice on pricing and tenacity in negotiations were reassuring and gave us the confidence we didn’t have as first-time buyers. She was in immediate contact with sellers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, and title agents whenever we needed her. She was able to explain each stage of the baffling process and every legalese form required. We finished the entire process without feeling bulldozed or wondering if we made the right decisions. She was even helpful during the inspection, noticing all of the little things and getting them done for us. We ended up with the perfect home in an amazing location. I don't see ever wanting to leave this house, but if we did, I would stand in line for Kristy's help in a heartbeat.Less Service Areas
