Working with Kristy was an absolutely amazing experience. My girlfriend and I started out looking for a townhome to rent and Kristy was extremely quick in finding multiple options and getting us appointments to go and view the ones that we were interested in. While we did not find one that suited our desires we eventually landed on looking for one to purchase and again Kristy was quick to find us multiple options and when we decided on the one we loved she was amazing in communicating all of the steps, making what we thought would be a stressful and scary experience actually be a quick and rather enjoyable time. Kristy kept everything on track and moving quickly to ensure that we closed on and were able to move into our new home before our lease with our apartment ended. Words cannot express just how enjoyable, easy, and amazing it was working with Kristy throughout this process and anyone that (although everyone should) decide to work with Kristy, whether it be buying or renting a home, will be just as amazed with her work ethic and personality as my girlfriend and I were.

Very professional stayed on top of everything. I am a first time home buyer so I knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a home Ms. Kristy walked me through everything making me confident about the process. Communication was always there I could message at 11 at night and get an immediate response and if I did happen to not get a response that night I received one first thing. I would have been lost without Ms. Kristy she is amazing.

Kristy emailed us often with any new steps in the selling process, guided us how to make sure the house looked it's best, worked very hard to show the house in a manner that gave most exposure - from a very successful open house to many private viewings.

Kristy is the best! I cannot recommend her enough! I worked with her three years ago to buy my first home. She was patient, knowledgeable and honest. She walked me through every step of the home buying process and made me feel comfortable. She stayed in constant communication and made a complicated process seem simple and easy.

I recently contacted her again to sell that house. She gave me great advice on what I needed to do to get the house ready to put on the market. Her advice was spot on. The pictures turned out great and I received multiple offers on my home in the first week it was on the market!
