Kristy Lutz

Kristy Lutz is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis on public relations. She also minored in marketing, which served her well when she began her career with a North Carolina-based healthcare surveying and consulting company. After moving to Atlanta in 2007, Kristy served in a client satisfaction role for a technology reseller in the Alpharetta area. Her skill set accrued per her past experience - in both marketing and client management - is now applied today as an experienced real estate agent.

Kristy is passionate about making real estate transactions seamless for her clients. Detail-driven, she is determined to always provide outstanding customer service and approaches each purchase and sale process with a relational and goal-oriented focus. Kristy stays up-to-date with market trends, has a keen eye for design and staging, and is devoted to keeping her clients well-informed from beginning to end.

Kristy resides in Forsyth County with her husband and two sons. She is an active member of Stonecreek Church in Alpharetta where she serves on the worship team. In her free time, Kristy enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events. Kristy is a member of the 400 North Board of REALTORS® and specializes in the Forsyth, Fulton, Dawson, and Hall markets while still serving clients all over the Atlanta metro area.
