Krystal went above and beyond in helping me to find my new home in NC. Because I was looking during the height of COVID and I was moving from out of state, looking at homes was very difficult. Krystal drove thru neighborhoods one at a time with me on FaceTime showing me the area and the homes. Once I decided on a new build, Krystal again using FaceTime, took me through the models and design centers until I made a decision. She made all of my appointments, found me an apartment for interim living until my house was completed and helped to make sure all issues were handled prior to settlement. I would recommend Krystal to anyone looking for an agent whose main goal is to take complete care of her client!
