Krystal was excellent during the entire process which can get very stressful at times. Communication is a big deal for me and she kept in touch and was on top of everything dealing with the house. Very professional and problem resolution was done in a very timely manner. Knowledgeable on all leasing guidelines. The only complaint I have would be the lack of communication between her and the owner regarding small changes too the residence that she as the realtor should have known. I needed a real estate agent I could depend on and trust her judgement as she is located in Louisiana and I reside in Texas. She handled my purchase professionally and efficiently. I can't say enough about Krystal Steward's stellar service! Not only did she do a great job helping my wife and I buy our first investment property but she has been such an amazing asset as we have worked through post-Hurricane Laura renovations (as we seek to get the house on the rental market soon). Just recently I needed the home to be available for contractors and Krystal did everything she could to make sure they had a key. I mention this because Krystal (even during the buying process) has always been incredibly responsive and flexible with her time. I never have to worry about whether I will hear back from her or not. Her responsiveness (and flexibility) are proof that she is professional and that she cares about her clients' needs. I am looking forward to doing business with Krystal and Keller Williams for a long time to come. I'm/we're very satisfied. Thanks, Krystal!

*This is a quick follow-up to my previous review. WE SOLD THE HOUSE! With Krystal's professionalism, insight, (and overall knowledge of the Lake Charles market) we were able to sell our property. Even when multiple offers fell through, and especially when we became a bit discouraged) Krystal kept us optimistic and continued showing the house. If you're selling, let Krystal and her team come in and stage the property. It absolutely did the trick. I'm thankful Krystal has our back. Can't wait to buy our next property with her!

I had a great experience working with Krystal. She helped me buy my first commercial property. Throughout the past several months, Krystal has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call, text, or email no matter what time of day or night it was. She has the professionalism, mentorship, and the knowledge of the industry.
