I’m not someone who endorses people/companies freely, but, Krysten’s professionalism, knowledge, and personality, are just a few of the reasons that my wife and I will continue to use Krysten for all of our real estate needs. I come to you again with yet another outstanding experience with Krysten Criss as our Real Estate agent. Krysten recently represented us again with the sale of a property, a rental property this time. We decided, with her advice, that now was the right time to sell this unique home in the North Bexley Schools area. Krysten was able to convert a drive by call in into a sale and let me tell you, this sale wasn’t an easy one due to the buyer. Her large knowledge base, sound advice, negotiating skills, and extreme patience was able to get this deal done. Special shout out to Emily on her staff too. Emily was super helpful throughout the process and is a great resource to have. If you need an agent, look no further. Krysten and the KC Realty team is the way to go.

Krysten is phenomenal and that is an understatement. She was our buying agent when we first moved to Columbus 5yrs ago and was able to help us close on our house in 21 days after finding the perfect one for us. We just recently used her as our selling agent and this experience proved to be wonderful as well. She showed persistence throughout the process and always had our best interest in mind. Sit down, grab a drink, this is going to take a little while. Let me tell you about the greatness that is Krysten Criss.

My family and I had been looking off and on for a while for a home in a particular neighborhood. There was maybe only 10 homes total that we'd be willing to move to based on the homes value and location in the neighborhood. The issue we were running into is that homes don't generally go up and when they do they sell right away for top dollar generally.

This past June our dream house went up for sale, Krysten alerted us and got us showing first thing the following morning. We saw it, we fell in love with it, we wanted it. I've never bought a home in a market this competitive so I put it all in Krysten's expert hands and she helped us write an offer that was competitive and unbeknownst to us wrote a letter to the sellers on our behalf telling them about our family and how long we've been trying to move into the neighborhood. We saw it at 9am, we were in contract by 2pm. They took our offer and cancelled all upcoming showings (there was a lot) and didn't make it the bidding war that they easily could've. Folks this wasn't luck, this was Krysten doing what only she can do.

The unforeseen part in all this was that we had to sell our home in order to get approved for the new mortgage. Again Krysten came into our house told us what to do, what furniture to get rid of, what to paint and fix, etc.. She did this with professionalism and tact as it's easy to get offended hearing your furniture or wall color is hurting your selling chances. We took all of her advice and she sold our house for full price 2 days before it even officially hit the market!

Listen if you want a friend, a brilliant realtor and someone you can depend on then stop looking as there is none better. If we are ever buying or selling again we will use her and if anyone ever asks I always recommend her as the experience was that good. 10 out of 10, would pick again!
