About Krystine

Krystine Edwards’ path into real estate began with a little encouragement from her husband while the two were working together in software sales at Blackbaud. Recognizing her natural ability to connect with people and her passion for homes, he encouraged her to pursue real estate—and it quickly became clear she had found exactly where she belonged. Having personally bought, sold, renovated, and designed multiple homes within the first few years of marriage, Krystine already understood firsthand the emotional and financial significance of homeownership. What began as a career change quickly became a true calling.
For Krystine, Charleston is more than just a place to live—it’s a lifestyle. She describes it as “a European way of life with Southern charm,” where long lunches, outdoor cafés, waterfront sunsets, and walkable neighborhoods create a rhythm unlike anywhere else. She loves introducing clients to the magic of the Charleston area and helping them discover not only a home, but a way of life that feels both inspiring and deeply personal.
Krystine and her husband have been married for nearly 20 years and are raising their three boys in the community they love so much. When they’re not working on home projects, you’ll usually find them on the tennis court, out on the water, or traveling together as a family.
Homes have always been at the center of Krystine’s life and creativity. Since 2005, she has been passionate about design, renovation, and uncovering the hidden potential in properties. She finds immense joy in helping clients envision what a home can become and creating spaces that feel beautiful, functional, and deeply personal. Nothing is more rewarding to her than helping someone create a sanctuary they never want to leave.
