It was super nice working with Ksenia on hunting down a suitable home for my son and me. I did not know much about the market or the home buying process for the first-time buyer. Ksenia and her team worked with me on every single step and talked me through the pros & cons of every property we looked at. The great thing about working with her is her level of professionalism. She kept me posted on any developments throughout the process & was quick at getting things over the line. Her negotiating skills helped us avoid a bidding war and make a very sound deal when we found the place we wanted. Even when some things got a little tense (through no fault of Ksenia's), she was unflappable. I bought a condo in Concord, and she helped me earn $5,000 back in credits from the seller to afford it. She cares about every little detail in the contracts and adds a personal touch to the process. I highly recommend Ksenia and her team to anyone planning to buy or sell a San Francisco Bay Area property.
