About Kurshed

Kurshed's love for real estate first came about in Fremont, California circa 1987, when she herself was buying a home for the first time. As Kurshed took on the task of house hunting with her two young sons, she found comfort in attending open houses. Buying a home was no longer just another errand to run, but a hobby that she enjoyed tremendously. The moment Kurshed stepped into her first open house, her real estate career would begin its journey.

Today, Kurshed has been working with Legacy Real Estate & Associates for over 18 years. She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and Panjabi which makes it easy to work and communicate with clients who are often overlooked by other agents that are not able to do the same. For many, the real estate industry can be competitive, but for Kurshed, it is more personal than that.

Her first home-buying experience in 1987 was not as she had hoped it would be and Kurshed carries that with her, along with the standard of what a genuine realtor really is. She recalls her own experiences as a homebuyer -good and bad- and uses them to motivate her when it comes to meeting her client's needs. Kurshed has two goals: to connect with her clients so that she can fully understand what it is they need and to ensure that they forgo a smooth and fulfilled transaction.
