As Executive Vice President of the Dallas Region, Kurt Cherry oversees Avison Young’s Property Services Division including property management, leasing and marketing initiatives and long-term strategies for the Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio.
Kurt brings more than 25 years of experience exclusively representing landlords and has consistently consummated numerous lease transactions annually, successfully representing institutional owners such as: Aetna Life Insurance; BGK Equities; Cuna Mutual Insurance; First National Bank of Chicago; Guaranty Federal Savings Bank; Hillwood Development; John Hancock Mutual Life; Koll Bren Realty Advisors; Lehman Bros.; and Pacific Mutual Life Insurance.
Kurt joined Madison Marquette with the 2019 merger of PM Realty Group. Previously, he served as Marketing Director for Fults Realty where he was consistently recognized as a top producer for the Property Services division and was directly responsible for the marketing of an office portfolio throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Kurt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager candidate, and a member of the Company of America Association of REALTORS and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
