About Kurt

Kurt is an Iowa native who came to Nevada County as a boy on family vacations. As long as he can remember, he wanted to live in Nevada County. He fell in love first with the Yuba River that finds its way through most of the county then he learned there was so much more to appreciate there.

Included in the area’s many charms are a rich cultural life and arts scene. Additionally, he found an accepting and embraced the community. This and so much more, with the backdrop of some of California’s most splendid natural environment has enriched the lives of all that live here.

He moved to California in 1983 and finally to Nevada City in 1995.

Having also lived in Los Angeles, he easily related to the dreams that his clients hold about a higher quality and more affordable way of life.

Now having lived here more than 10 years and reaching the top of his profession, He finds Nevada City, Grass Valley, and surrounding environs more unique and special every day.
