About Kurt

Born and raised in Falls Church, Virginia, I went on to attend UNC-Wilmington. I went on to spend the next 17 years working as a Chef in upscale residential communities. I had the privilege of working as a Chef at the Governors Club in Chapel Hill and more recently the St James Plantation in Southport. Along the way I developed a passion for real estate. I began investing years ago, and that led to obtaining my license and working in real estate full time since 2016. My partner and I Nadia could not imagine a better place live and work. We could not be happier here, and our hope is to assist you in finding your own piece of paradise here in the coastal low country of Brunswick County, North Carolina.
