Kurt has had the privilege of spending the last 14-plus years helping his clients buy and sell their homes. It has been a joy to walk with them in their journey to help them accomplish their goals. When working with his sellers, he has developed a streamlined process with a proactive approach (rather than the typical “reactive approach”) to help them sell their homes. Our goal is to position their home in the best possible way to receive a premium price, with the fewest number of contingencies and in the least amount of time. His goal is to provide the highest amount of stability for his sellers with the best possible outcome. With his buyers, we begin with a meeting for a Buyer Consultation that includes an in-depth analysis of their buying needs. We discuss the market, how that affects them, what to expect next, and developing a plan moving forward to find the home of their dreams. Then he refers them to the best possible lenders and referral partners to best position them to get their offer accepted by a seller and help them navigate the inspection and eventual closing.
