We couldn’t be happier with Kurt and Christy’s help with our home selling process! With it being our first home sale, Kurt was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process to us. Kurt was knowledgeable about our area and arrived prepared with extensive market research. He really helped us through every step of the process, from pricing our home to making recommendations, and communicating with us even after our sale was finalized. Kurt was the absolute best! The first-time home buying process can be very intimidating, but Kurt went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and confident every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Kurt and his team. Kurt helped me sell my 1st home in NE Minneapolis and find our 1st home together in 2012 in Chanhassen. Since then Kurt has remained a great friend and we constantly recommend and refer him whenever we get the chance. In 2022 he helped us relocate within the Southwest Metro and handled our purchase and sale and we couldn’t be happier with the process. Kurt periodically has shown us houses over the years and helped us begin our search over a year ago. Throughout the process we had very specific criteria and looked at a lot of homes in a limited supply environment and we were willing to wait for the right house. Kurt never pushed us to buy a house that didn’t fit our requirements but had great advise along the way on how different houses might be reimagined to fit our needs. We never felt rushed but rather 100% supported and Kurt was a great partner to find the right home. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. His support team including Christy and individuals who help with staging and his resources (or recommendations) that handled our pictures, staging, and closing all exceeded expectations and there is no other realtor I would use.

I cannot say enough things about Kurt Peterson and his team. First, the professionalism. Kurt was involved with his team nonstop. Whether I had a question on the weekend, or a needed someone to help us with something, Kurt had the connections. We were moving out of state, so for about ½ of the time that we listed our house, we weren’t even present. Kurt and his team continued to check on the home and make sure the dust bunnies went away. Kurt and his team are obviously passionate about what they do and it shows. I don’t make suggestions often, but in this case, I just can’t say enough.
