I was very lucky to be introduced to Kurt when in the decision making process to fix and sell or just sell my home. Kurt was very understanding of my circumstances, my needs, and my wishes regarding the home. When the original buyer fell through, Kurt continued to press on to find a buyer and closed a deal that met all our needs. Kurt is honest, forthright and caring.
