I was a first time homebuyer, and Kwesi was amazing! He told me what Zoom meetings to go to to qualify for lots of city grants. He bared through several viewing outings to row homes in North Philly that ended up being disappointing. He had to deal with my uncertainty of homebuying—especially with all of rate increases recently. But he was also responsive and super nice. He never made me feel pressured and he always helped me understand how things work. I closed on a beautiful home and only ended up paying $800 at closing!

Kwesi is the best realtor I ever worked with, I was looking for my first investment property and I want really wanted to buy a duplex. After many showing we finally found the perfect one and it was a triplex! Before it was even time to inspect the property Kwesi was able to point out everything about the property conditions and history, that really helped when it came time to negotiate. Realtor Kwesi negotiated the maximum sellers assist and also helped me get all the grants that I qualified for. When it was time to close I was really surprised with the very little money I had to put down it was almost unbelievable. Today, I’m working on buying my 2nd investment property and Realtor Kwesi is my guy. Thank you for making my dreams come true!!!!!!!!

Kwesi is one of the best realtors he took his time explaining everything to make sure you got the best experience in first time home buying, he always answered a call or text and questions so if you’re looking for someone with patience he’s your guy.

As frustrating as the home buying process can be, Kwesi made the whole process smooth and at ease. He made sure I was in the loop about everything every step in the way and is hands down The best person to have as a realtor!
