Kyle Cunningham

I am a proud co-owner of the Cunningham Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Advantage with my twin brother Shawn. In addition to proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout our market, I also specializes in investor clients and 2nd home purchases. I hold a property management permit and have extensive experience in that field.

I grew up in Las Vegas and have witnessed first hand the exploding growth our city has seen in the past 25 years. I went to school at local UNLV and am a proud alum. I love negotiating for my clients and guiding first time buyers through the process one step a time! My investors love me because I always keep an eye on their bottom line and I talk ROI and can see the investment process from all angles.

Our team is unique because we put our clients before our paychecks. We put people first. We don't hold back the truth. We will always be fair, direct, honest, and transparent. We also stay active in our community and find ways to give back to causes like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Junior Achievement, and Safenest, among others.
