Kyle was great to work with in the selling of my father's home. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process with me step by step. He walked thru all the documents with me always checking to see if I had any questions and did an excellent job of answering them when I did. He never made me feel rushed and made me feel that he genuinely cared about me and the loss of my father. We had a signed purchase agreement within 24 hours of listing the house. I would highly recommend Kyle to my family and friends and would certainly use Kyle again in the selling or purchasing of a home again.

A chance meeting with Kyle at a home where he was the seller’s agent was a lucky break for us! A year down the line he became our buyer’s agent and helped us purchase our new home. I can say that you were very professional and you weren't pushy. You were very up front about everything and made us aware that there was already an offer in on the house when we first looked at it. I appreciate someone who is honest and discloses everything, even if we didn't ask about it. You were good at recommending the inspector as well as the title company. Also, you were quick to get us any information and documents we needed. I work very fast and like it when the person I'm working with is also very fast and efficient.
