The amount of effort and time Kyle put into walking me through selling my mother’s home, my childhood home, was unbelievable. KYLE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. My mother passed away a few months prior, and I had moments of grief. HE PATIENTLY WORKED WITH ME. It was an emotionally challenging experience, and it didn’t help that I lived out of state. As we drew closer to closing on the house, I asked Kyle for advice because every decision I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. I TRUSTED KYLE and feel fortunate to have found someone who sincerely looked out for the estate's best interest. Kyle was fantastic to work with! He was responsive, honest, and made the process extremely easy. I was nervous about apartment hunting with the pandemic going on, but we found a great place and can’t wait to move in. Would definitely recommend First Look after this experience!

I sold a my property with Kyle Jackson. It was terrific service. He gave me a free CMA to see what my property was worth. He took great pictures, held an open house and got me good offers to chose from. I'll use him again when I see my current house.
