I hired Kyle Jochen as my agent to list my house and then to find my new home. I cannot speak more highly of him. He made the process for both transactions incredibly smooth. I have never worked with an agent that goes so far above and beyond in every aspect. He was creative in finding ways on my limited budget to find me help to get my former house ready to go to market turn key ready and get me a great offer as soon as we went to market. We were able to list for significantly more because of this.

When we began shopping for my new home Kyle was extremely accommodating in meeting my schedule to look out countless houses. He was creative in helping me structure competitive offers and did everything imaginable to help find me the perfect home. Kyle works harder to make sure all his clients needs are met and they get the home they’re dreaming of than any other agent I’ve met. I truly can’t be more appreciative of Kyle and his entire team at Windermere. No other agent would have worked so hard to ensure my happiness and because of that I’m now writing this review from the comfort of my private wooded patio looking over a creek in the middle of the city.

Just want to show appreciation for Kyle Jochen. The man is incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. During my time searching for my first home, Kyle dedicated a lot of time and effort to ensure that not only did I find a home for my family, but that I understood the entire process of buying a home. He is very personable and a joy to talk with. After 10 offers, we finally found a place that met our needs. Even after moving in, Kyle continues to search his endless connections for ways to upgrade our home. Our chicken farm will be running strong. What an absolute gem, Kyle! I had such an incredibly difficult first sale with lots of hold ups, and I’m just so grateful that I had Kyle on my side through the whole journey. Kyle is not only professional, knowledgeable, and very well networked, but he is also so kind and genuinely caring - a true shoulder to lean on.

Kyle went above and beyond, helping me find people to do repairs, answering at odd times to frantic calls, and working with the weird and particular circumstances around selling my house.

Kyle's been great to work with. He's pretty knowledgeable on the entire home buying process from start to finish and has provided us with a huge learning experience for our first home purchase. He knows what bad things to look out for and will always give you his honest opinion. But his main concern is making sure that you are satisfied and informed on as much as possible throughout the whole journey. I would definitely recommend his service and work with him again!

Kyle was super fun and easy to work with; i decided to take on selling and buying a new house during one of the most stressful periods of my life and he made the process as stress free as possible. Selling my house was painless - Kyle came in and got things done fast and furious. The buying process was just as easy and he made the process really chill. We had a few hiccups during closing, as one does, but he was tenacious, agile and on it - keeping me in the loop and calm while driving a boat of full of wild lenders and closers. Will forever be grateful for Kyles hard work and support!!! Highly recommend him to anyone in the Puget Sound region.

Incredibly hard working. New to real estate, but he knows his stuff! He showed me multiple homes in generally the same area, in my price range! He was very positive and realistic with my wants and needs. His enthusiasm towards finding me a home has inspired me to follow those dreams.
