Kyle Keelan

Kyle A. Keelan is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of The Multifamily Firm, LLC. He specializes in performing brokerage and portfolio management activities for individual and institutional owners of Multifamily Real Estate assets. Key brokerage and portfolio management activities include disposition, acquisition, option contracts, valuation analysis and strategic positioning. Mr. Keelan is based in Tampa, Florida and represents clients throughout the West Coast of Florida. His expertise and experience in Multifamily Properties includes apartments, boutique/beach motel properties, and Multifamily land investments.

Mr. Keelan is committed to delivering strategic and thoughtful advice and “best in class” service throughout the property life cycle. His commitment to a collaborative process and broad experience in the Asset Management industry allows him to connect on a deeper level with his clients. He is also committed to using technology and relationship management interactively to ensure the most efficient and best possible outcomes. Mr. Keelan has a keen awareness of financial markets and uses that knowledge to frame wholistic solutions for owners of Investment property.

Mr. Keelan has lived in the greater Tampa Bay region for over 35 years and graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He resides with his son in the Westchase area of Northwest Tampa and in his spare time he enjoys Golf and Motorcycling.
