Kyle͏ and I go back many years and my family has always counted on him and his services in real estate. We have purchased multiple homes with Kyle and he has never let us down. We appreciate the effort he puts in, never pressuring us to buy anything we are not comfortable with and always giving us multiple options to choose from. Great Realtor knowledgeable and friendly, it was my first time purchasing a property and I had a lot of questions. I recommend Mr. Kyle Kleinman in South Florida for real estate. He helped me purchase and sell investment properties, he's also an expert on all things related to houses! I don't like recommending people but this time around it was a no brainer; there are not enough adjectives strong enough or elegant phrases deep enough how much of an excellent job he did helping us out with our situation. I recommend Kyle as a Realtor because he helped me find the perfect new home, while also selling mine. He knew just what to do and when in order for things go smoothly! Kyle is the best realtor in town, I swear. He helped me find and sell a new place while my old one was all going down at once. Kyle knows how to get things done fast when it matters most, so he's probably your go-to guy if you're looking for something quick! I consider Kyle as one of my cabinet members, the secretary of Real Estate. He’s been the realtor who’s helped me and my referrals since he was working with his previous mom and pop shop brokers. I am happy to see him on a global footprint in RE/MAX. Even though Kyle has a team now other buyers and sellers need to know that I am first priority. Although I am half way joking by saying that, I have had my fair share of horror stories with past brokers. Kyle has a contagious uplifting attitude he is genuine and sincere! I decided to try Kyle, saved his business card, found it two months later when the idea to sell one of my properties came to mind. I called Kyle, to sell my house in the South Miami Coral Gables area. Kyle recommended that I not sell my house, wait for three months blah blah blah.
