We haven’t had the need for a real estate agent in 30 years, so the experience could have been very daunting. Kyle made the process simple and seamless. Not only was he very thorough in explaining the process, he followed through expediently on every single commitment. In addition, he went over and above by scheduling the final clean out and managing the routine maintenance while our vacant house was on the market.

Kyle is an extremely energetic, knowledgeable, and skilled realtor. As a transplant from another state, I was lucky enough to meet him through a Mill Creek listing. I engaged in a very protracted search for the right place to buy, a result not only of the crazy market here but also of my own shifting needs and priorities for a home. Kyle showed unflagging patience and flexibility throughout, as well as a strong grasp of not only the many Mill Creek neighborhoods, but of neighborhoods in various surrounding cities. He was always quickly responsive to my interest in a new listing, and listened well to what I was looking for without pressure. I appreciated his objective and thorough evaluations of the properties we toured, which were always spot-on. While visiting Washington from Tennessee we met Kyle at an open house he was hosting as we were loosely looking at moving back home. From the first interaction, Kyle was extremely helpful and not the least bit pushy. Kyle’s knowledge of the local market and eagerness to go tour properties on Facetime made the stress of moving across the country much lower. His communication and attention to detail were also exceptional.

We have bought several properties with different realtors and our experience with Kyle was by far the best. After helping us find our dream home and already making his commission, Kyle took it upon himself to go and buy faucet coverings and install them at our house knowing we were across the country and a major freeze was coming. This is the kind of care we received throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I relocated to the Seattle area from the east coast in May 2022 and Kyle came recommended to us by the realtor who was selling our home back east. We are so happy we were linked with Kyle. Having grown up in the area, he knows the cities and neighborhoods well and could confidently give us recommendations on where to look based on our priorities. He excitedly visited over 20 homes with us knowing that we had something unique in mind. We were looking for at least 5 acres, a structure that had some character and garage/shop space. He helped us find the perfect fit!

We were especially impressed with Kyle's direct manner with the seller's agents, intuition about what might be wrong with a home and responsiveness to us.

Since May this year, it has not been easy to sell a house as housing market has been rapidly declining. As a person who needed to move out to different state more than 2000miles away, everything seemed impossible to sell the house at a reasonable price, and also it was a headache to maintain the house while I was so far away. But we worked with Kyle who was responsible, honest and kind. He had worked so hard that literally what we had to do was just say okay to him. He maintained our house for 2months, gave us updates in timely manner, responded promptly, and even mowed and watered the lawn. At the end, when buyers and us had some price discordance, he intervened actively and finally made a good agreement. Also, it seems like he has a wide network and local knowledge that makes him as a powerful negotiator in this business. I highly recommend him based on his hardworking, ability and honesty.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Kyle and his team to list and sell my mother's Mill Creek condo. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Kyle is a very knowledgeable professional. He is articulate, kind and has abounding energy. He is also very attentive to details and schedules and is dedicated to getting the job done well. As a former licensed realtor myself, I know what kind of problems can and often do arise during the sale of a home. This transaction was extremely smooth. The marketing materials were very well done. We had 3 great offers in just 5 days, sold for well over the list price, and the sale closed without a hitch in just 21 days. Perfect!
