Kyle was born in Bremerton, Washington and grew up near the base of Hood Canal in a town called Belfair. He has lived in Washington State most of his life outside of a 7 tenure in the Los Angeles area in his early twenties. He began his work in real estate in 2009. Now more than 12 years and 200+ successful transactions later, Kyle can say that he has become an expert in Washington real estate. This is only achieved through repetition, learnings, and a depth of experience that not many other brokers can claim they have.
Kyle enjoys the creative and intimate process of listing homes for sale as well as assisting in grinding out value for her buyers. He believes that a 'modern' real estate agent is no longer a salesperson but solely a fiduciary and facilitator that should be interested only in client advocacy and mistake prevention while being entirely results driven.
Kyle has been a top 100 producer in Washington State since 2014. He was #14 in the entire state in 2016. Kyle has closed over 200 successful lifetime transactions and counting since beginning his real estate journey in 2009. Real estate affluence, proficiency, and skill can only be developed through repetition and Kyle has seen just about every eventuality our market has to offer. He uses this breadth of accumulated knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through best practices and mistake prevention.
