I don’t know really any other way of saying it but if you won’t find another realtor better than Kyle Myers!! You just won’t. During the whole process he was there no matter what time or what kind of question it was!! He made things so easy and his lending team was just as great. The connections he has are so great too. Reached out to Kyle to help me sell my house. I was nervous because I am transitioning out of the military and thought the interest rates would scare off potential buyers. He walked me through the process and assured me I would have no problem selling. Within 48 hrs on the market he had secured the perfect offer without contingencies. He handled all aspects and was continually communicating what steps were being taken. From the day of listing to closing was 28 days. I could not have asked for a smoother process.

I was states away and with him being prior Navy he made sure everything was priority 1 so I had easy move in when I arrived! Whew, where do I start? I reached out to Kyle at 10 p.m. not expecting a response until the next morning but surprisingly he responded within minutes. I met with him the next day and he gave me a run down on the home buying process and informed me on how this was one of the most important decisions I’ll make in my life. The amount of effort and time he put into helping me find the perfect home was incredible. He was a great communicator and educator because I truly had no idea about this process. With his negotiating skills I found a new construction home within my budget. I couldn’t have chosen a better agent I am truly grateful for him. Thank you again Kyle. Oh, and did I mention he’s still in contact with me after the closing… That’s real dedication.

The best realtor out there. Kyle cares so much about his clients. He helped my boyfriend and I find and buy house in no time at all. Even when Kyle was on vacation he was still helping us to find our perfect home. When we found our home he was constantly giving us updates on everything with the house. He was upfront and honest about everything. He explained everything we needed to know and any questions we had. Kyle also helped us with a great company for a loan. He has resources for anything and everything. Of course I’m very excited about my home, but I feel like he was more excited than I was lol. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. We were so fortunate to have been referred to Kyle when we began looking for our first home. As our realtor, he helped explain ever single step of the buying process and held our hand throughout the entire process. Kyle made sure that no question went unanswered, and he also ensured that we understood the answer he provided us. He never pushed us in a direction we didn’t want to go. Kyle truly has the patience of a Saint.  He Always moved at our speed. He offered helpful suggestions and remained attentive to the things we felt were important. When we were ready to made unreasonable decisions he was right there to help us process through it. When we lost in bidding wars he remained right by our side with the best encouraging words.  He always told us that the one for us is out there and just continue to be patient, and sure enough we found the right home, in a great neighborhood, for an amazing price.

All in all, Kyle always had our best interest at heart.  He always made us feel as though we were his first priority, and he made the overall buying experience painless. Kyle made it a point to work extremely hard to find homes that met our needs rather than just focusing on closing a deal. He made sure we stayed within budget and didn’t compromise on things that were important to us. Kyle went from a random realtor to becoming part of our family. What makes Kyle an amazing realtor is that he not only knows his job but he strives to be the best at it.
