About Kyle

Kyle Olson is the founder of the Beyond Homes Team at Keller Williams Classic Realty NW, where he has spent almost 23 years helping clients navigate the residential real estate market with clarity and confidence.

Over the years, Kyle has guided hundreds of Twin Cities clients through buying and selling homes, always with an eye on how each move supports both their day-to-day life and their bigger financial picture. He’s known for calm, practical guidance and thoughtful negotiation, and helping people build the right game plan for their unique situation.

In addition to his work in residential sales, Kyle is an active real estate investor. His experience spans single-family home flips, short-term rentals, multifamily properties, and commercial real estate. Recognizing that many agents and clients are curious about how real estate can support long-term wealth, Kyle founded an Investment Club within his Keller Williams office. The group was created to open up conversations around mindset, strategy, and opportunity, making investing feel more accessible and less intimidating. Mentoring others and sharing practical insight has since become a meaningful part of his work.

Kyle lives in Maple Grove with his wife Hannah and their three boys, Vann, Sam, and Asher. Whether working with homeowners or aspiring investors, he is passionate about helping people use real estate as a tool to build both a life and a future.
