Selling my place with Kyle was great! He is incredibly responsive, acted very quickly, and listened to what I wanted. I'm definitely not the easiest person to represent, I have predetermined expectations of what I expected to get for my house. Kyle listened and put in the effort with his negotiations to ensure my expectations were met and exceeded. Kyle was always available for a conversation when i had questions and to put "acted quickly" into perspective, he had my house listed and an offer accepted barely a week after I initially reached out to him. Will definitely be working with him when I buy my next place.
