About Kyle

From working in politics and fundraising as well as communications and marketing, Kyle Richards knows how to sell. As a member of the Leaders Circle at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty boutique firm, he networks with top agents and colleagues with high-level teamwork and opinions.

Kyle currently is on the sales team at HALL Arts Residences, which is the newest luxury condo building to open in Dallas. Prior to this, Kyle spent seven years working on the sales team at Museum Tower, selling 107 units accounting for 93 percent of the total inventory of the development. During his time selling at Museum Tower, Kyle handled everything from the first phone call to the final walk, all while performing the normal listing responsibilities of marketing, touring, and negotiating and reviewing contracts. He has nurtured strong relationships with many agents who sell luxury listings in DFW. He has worked closely with the property management company and has also managed third party vendors and contractors.

Kyle enjoys developing strategic, results-oriented sales plans for his clients. He is a graduate of the St. Mark’s School of Texas, grew up in Highland Park and currently lives by White Rock Lake. This background gives him access to a broad contact base, bringing his listings the right buyer. At the University of Denver, he focused on business and communications. Along with his tenacity and communications experience, he uses a variety of technology tools to sell a home. Before joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Kyle played a significant role in important civic and political campaigns.
