Kyle Roland is the Founder and Principal of Roland Development Group, where he oversees the acquisition, design, and development of luxury residential communities throughout the Carolinas. His hands-on leadership style and commitment to timeless architecture, exceptional craftsmanship, and thoughtful design have helped shape the firm's reputation and approach to development.
After founding Roland Development Group in 2013, Kyle Roland continued his career in investment banking and corporate bonds. He served as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking division following his role as a Director at Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised on some of the industry's largest capital markets transactions. Today, Kyle Roland leads Roland Development Group's strategic vision, guiding a team with more than $375 million in luxury residential development experience.
