Kyle Rumberger brings energy, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every real estate transaction. A Cape Cod native, he began his career with Kinlin Grover in Osterville before joining The Goodrich Team at Compass, where he serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Greater Boston, the Cape, and surrounding areas.

Kyle has built a strong track record by combining deep market knowledge with a relationship-first approach rooted in transparency, reliability, and attention to detail. A Wheaton College graduate and former Captain of the men’s lacrosse team, Kyle brings leadership and competitive drive to his work. Outside of real estate, he’s an Ironman finisher, avid golfer and snowboarder, and lives in Salem with his wife, Lydia, and their dog, Harrison.
