Kyle Sheehan

Raised in South Florida, Kyle Sheehan has over 15 years of experience in multiple facets within the real estate arena. While first starting in the industry, Kyle became involved in many high-end residential transactions in northern Palm Beach County.

His desire to focus on Commercial Real Estate led to his position as a broker analyst with the Senior Housing Division of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Miami, Florida. In 2008, Kyle began working with a start-up investment firm focusing on the acquisition and management of real estate tax liens within Florida. While there, Kyle helped grow the company by formulating new investment strategies, expanding the geographical capabilities to increase acquisitions and improving the overall internal rate of return.

In 2016, Kyle was invited to join The Sheehan Agency as a major member of the Commercial & Investment team in order to service a growing number of clients.
