After combining two families, which resulted in five kids under one roof, a larger home became mandatory. My husband and I had been working on getting a house for several months with no luck, and had given up on the search. In a chance meeting, we met Kyle and he offered to help us out. A little over a month later, the entire process was complete! We received three offers on our old house within the first 24 hours of it being on the market, and Kyle also helped us get into our new larger home for less money than we had planned/expected! Not only was Kyle amazing as our Realtor, helping us sell our old house and purchasing our new one, but he was also so kind and funny. He made the sale and purchase so easy and even fun! It was a pleasure working with Kyle from the beginning to the closing day. He stuck with me for over a year, while I was looking for the right home. He would send me listings within hours of them being put on the market and always made time to go look at homes, even on Sundays. Kyle was fantastic, so I've used him twice so far. When we first met, I told him what I was looking for and where I was looking, and he found it. Nothing else, just what I asked for. Other Realtors had been sending me pictures of things out of my price range, and not what I was looking for. It took a while to buy the first place and then sell the second one, but Kyle was with me every step of the way. When my stress level and blood pressure were spiking, he helped me stay calm.
