I recently listed my home with Kyle Warner @ Howard Hanna Real Com. My personal knowledge and confidence in selling my home was minimal. Kyle was prepared and very knowledgeable. He either answered all my questions or was able to refer me to someone who could. He kept me informed and motivated throughout the process with out pressuring me. Kyle was fantastic. I am a first-time buyer and had little knowledge of the process. From the first phone call, Kyle walked me through what I should expect, gave me excellent guidance, and was very responsive to my many questions. He was patient and never seemed rushed; he genuinely loves what he does and it shows. During the negotiation process, he always had my best interests in mind. He insisted that the sellers buy a more expensive home warranty because then the company would not charge me a copay for service calls. There's no way I would have even thought about something like that. I closed on the house this morning, and Kyle was there from start to finish to help with anything I needed. I absolutely recommend him without hesitation or qualification.

Choosing Kyle as our realtor to help us buy our first home was one of the best decisions my husband and I made.
