Team Zellers was great. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Kathryn was so responsive and patient (my husband asks a lot of questions). The marketing far exceeded our expectations; I couldn't believe the video and pictures. We went from deciding to list to closing with a full price, cash offer in 6 weeks. Kyle and Kathryn are amazing. They represented me on my sale and purchase after I was feeling frustrated with my previous agent. They came to the first meeting with a market analysis, pricing rationale, a marketing plan, the whole shebang. They kept me informed throughout and even checked in and provided info when they were away on vacation. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect throughout the whole process and never wondered what was going on. They had my house under contract in two weeks after it had been with the previous agent for over 4 months.

When it came time to buy, naturally I went with them again and I didn't regret it. They were available for showings sometimes with only a little bit of notice. They didn't push me towards a buy and had honest discussions with me about pricing, the surrounding market and comps, and what their thoughts were. They are invaluable in a home buying or selling process. If you want it done and you want it done right, go with the Zellers.
