As a Pacific Northwest native, Kylee has said goodbye to the blue of the ocean for the green of the hills here in Tennessee. As a songwriter and musician, Nashville stole her heart years ago on her first visit to the music city. Since that trip, it was her mission to move her life across the country and spend it living in the beautiful city of Nashville, Tennessee. After five years of living in Los Angeles, the south was calling Kylee’s name. She decided it was time to pack up her truck and drive across the country to where her heart belonged. Since then, she has achieved that dream, and now has a new mission. To help as many people as possible who were in the same spot, she was years ago.
Growing up in a family of Realtors, Kylee has always had an interest in real estate. Seeing the joy on her mother's face every time she made someone's dreams come true resonated with Kylee in the same way it does when one of her songs speaks to someone's heart. After she personally went through the home buying process, it confirmed her feelings that along with music, real estate was what she was meant to do.
Whether clients are looking to relocate or have lived in the Nashville area their whole life, Kylee is passionate about helping individuals, families, and families-to-be find their dream home. Every home has a different story, and that is why she sees each one of her clients as unique.
