I purchased my first home through Kyu. He is probably the most honest and detail oriented realtor I'll ever work with. I was out of state, coming from the east coast and was not able to make all the open houses. Kyu made the process super easy for me by offering virtual tours. The general area i was looking at was from downtown seattle, magnolia, ballard, wallingford, fremont to Bellevue and Redmond in the east, Northgate/Shoreline to the north. For those who don't know Seattle, that's a huge radius and I was desperate to find the perfect house at my price range. Kyu was super supportive throughout the process, always giving me virtual tours and offering suggestions on available houses. Not only did he tour the houses for me, but also gave me pointers to note about the houses. For example, he would turn on every appliance to check if they're working in order, he would look under the sink to check for water damage, and etc. I appreciated him SO much especially not being able to see the house in person! I was able to successfully purchase my first house and I cannot be more happier with it!

Kyu is honest, kindhearted, and very knowledgeable!
That’s the kind of agent you're going to need, when you’re about to make you life’s biggest financial decision! He always has his little torch handy, and as soon as we step inside a property he turns it on and inspects places that we wouldn’t even think about.
Whenever we ask him about his opinion about a property, he’s like: if my own child wanted to buy this home, I would tell them this! And he’d say the same thing to us. He’s like family, like a brother!
He takes time and he is very patient, and never says no to see a property. Even those we thought were not worth seeing, he’d say: you never know. It might be worth it. And trust me, we were surprised to see it for ourselves! This is knowledge and experience!
We could never go through the complicated process of buying our first home, without having someone like Kyu who we could trust and rely on.
He’s always available and responsive.
I’m so thankful to him as well as my friend who introduced us to him.

As for the homebuying process, I sought advice on several homes for months, but you consistently applied strict criteria to each home, and even when I said I just wanted to buy, you stubbornly discouraged me. Ultimately, you found me the perfect home at a great price.
If you were only focused on the commission, you wouldn't have done it.

아마도 리모델링을 해보신분이라면 더욱 공감하실텐데 공사중 추가비용 계속발생하고 시작후 마무리도 안하고 종료하는경우 공사하자가 발생하는경우 등등등... 수많은 위험이 있습니다.
이분이 도와주셔서 함께했던 리모델링은 가격 역시 30프로 이상 저렴 했지만 무엇보다 본인 집을 고치는 마음으로 아주 작은 디테일까지 놓치지않고 신경 써주셔서 너무나 만족스러웠습니다.
