Going through the home-buying process can be intimidating and overwhelming. However, it never felt that way with Kyung. She ensured my partner and I understood every step, answered every question, and supported us no matter what. Truly the prime definition of a hype woman. Kyung is a total pro and an absolute delight to work with. We went to her with a property we knew we wanted to make an offer on right away. She met us there the next day and helped us navigate the buying process to give us the best chance of getting it and we did! We struck gold with Kyung! We are first time home buyers and Kyung made the process very easy and smooth. She answered our questions quickly even if it was late at night! That goes to show how hard she works and cares about her clients. She was extremely professional throughout the home buying process and made us feel comfortable in making confident decisions. Kyung was our number one cheerleader when we wanted to quit after our offers had continuously gotten shot down in the hot market at the time. She kept encouraging us not to give up and keep pushing forward. She met with us in short notice on multiple occasions and was our best advocate when communicating with the selling party. In the end, with her continuous support we managed to buy a beautiful house within our budget and could not be any happier. She will be the sweetest realtor you will ever meet! Kyung was responsive throughout the process. She was helpful in finding the type of homes I was interested in and acted quickly to secure showings.
