L.J. has helped us with three real-estate transactions so far and we have been so impressed with her each time. She was wonderful at guiding us through the purchase of our first home to then later helping us sell that home 6 years later. She was so helpful with our most recent home purchase during such a competitive time for the market. She made great suggestions for us to strengthen our offer and get the deal closed. My best friend and I have known each other for 20 years at this point, which is long enough to know that she is always right. After LJ helped her list and sell her house, she referred LJ to list and sell my own house. I often lamented that I did not think I would be able to work with her again; after all, how many houses could I buy and sell in my lifetime as a normal person? Looking back to the year 2020 may bring negative memories back for many people, but for me, it is the year that ended with the opportunity to work with LJ and buying a forever home.
