Lacey was wonderful in helping me purchase my first home! She never gave up on locating the perfect house for me in a great, safe location! I hadn’t had any luck selling my house for the previous 5 months so I took it off the market and was ready to use Lacey’s property management company to rent my house. She convinced me to give her 4 weeks to sell the house and if it still didn’t sell, we would convert the listing to rental property. Lacey was up front from the beginning and took the time to explain to me what her strategy would be for finding a buyer for my house. She stayed in communication with me for every showing and every potential buyer’s feedback. The last week of the allotted time I gave her to sell my house, we got not one offer, but two! I was able to get the full asking price for my house and we closed less than 60 days later. Lacey was extremely professional throughout the entire process and I’m so happy that I decided to use her services in the sale of my home!

I recently used Lacey to help me purchase my home and the experience working with her was wonderful! Lacey was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and helped me identify a neighborhood that met all of my needs. She was highly responsive to my needs and questions and I never felt as though I was a nuisance. She provided constant reassurance during and after the home buying process and was always available when I needed her. Because I plan to use this home as my primary residence as well as a rental in the future, Lacey's expertise and experience in property management helped me find a home that will serve both of those purposes. My wife and I live two hours away and needed to buy in a really short time frame. We contacted Lacey and right away she jumped into action sending us listings and scheduling viewings for when we would be in town. Our first contract didn't work out because of a low appraisal from an out of town appraiser. But Lacey was able to find us a comparable place that had just been put on the market, which I fell in love with and with her help were able to negotiate to a favorable price. Inspection was a breeze thanks to Lacey and once the appraisal came above contract price closing and everything went smoothly! Mind you this second property closed in about two weeks thanks to Lacey keeping everyone involved informed. I would definitely call Lacey for our next home and will recommend her for anyone looking for a place in the Richmond area!

Lacey made my home buying very easy. she's very professional I would highly recommend her .she's to the point and gets things accomplished very fast. if I asked to see a property she was on it. once I found my house she set closing very quickly I had less hassle buying my house then I did my truck . she listens to what her customers want and she finds it!!!!! I feel like I've gained more then a house I feel like I've gained a friend
