Lacey was born and raised in the Cereal City Capital, Battle Creek, MI! It is a town full of history and great starts for many individuals and businesses. She has a wonderful family, and we all love to be outdoors as much as we can in all seasons. Here are some of her favorite things about living in Michigan. Number one is the changing of the four seasons and sometimes we see all four seasons within one day! Spring is her favorite season because she knows summer is soon to follow. One of her favorite events is the summer annual cereal breakfast hosted by the city with the help of its sponsors. Everyone enjoys the free cereal breakfast and gathering of vendors to learn more about the businesses in Battle Creek. Some of her favorite memories involve the beaches and Eagle Lake at Fort Custer has so much to enjoy. There are many miles of trails for horses, walking, and biking. The small lake gets warm quickly and has a boat launch for small fishing and non-motorized boats. She could add so many things to this list but one final thing she enjoys about living in Battle Creek is the linear trail we have as it is a paved trail with over twenty-six miles to enjoy the town's scenery, businesses, and wildlife it offers.
