when we sold our home this past summer we chose Ladonna to be our selling agent because of her attention to detail and knowledge of the entire process. she guided us along as we were completing the prepping of our home for selling. her insight into what customers are looking for and whether it is worth spending money to upgrade gave us confidence that she knows what the buying Market looks like . she was always prompt in getting back to you and if she didn't know the answer she would get one for you after her researching process. our house was only on the market for 3 hours when we got our first two showings later that same day and had an offer after 7 hours in which we accepted.she was always prompt and personal with us. she felt like a good friend walking us through a difficult situation. we highly recommend her as your next agent
