Originally from Asheville North Carolina, LaDonna, along with her husband and 4 children, relocated to the North Myrtle Beach area nearly 15 years ago. Through her personal transactions and expanding investment portfolio of purchasing homes, land, and investment properties she has developed a love for the real estate industry and the process of ownership. Her passion is in guiding others into making their dreams of ownership a reality.
She has come to love the North Myrtle Beach area, and the expansive Grand Strand with all that it has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. Along with her family, she loves creating delicious meals, golf cart cruising to local ice cream spots, time at the beach, scenic bike rides, and traveling. Also, with an eye for design and decor, she has a passion for finding the latest trends and styles.
