I couldn't ask for a better person to work with. She was so helpful, answered all of our questions and concerns. She made herself available day and night 7 days a week. 😀Over the past 8 months LaDonna Wall has negotiated the sale of two (2) single home rental properties for me, she negotiated the sale of a building lot. LaDonna additionally identified a rental property, negotiated the purchase price, terms, etc. She was instrumental in establishing a 1031 agent. We worked together in establishing the selling prices of properties and she was successful in getting the price I wanted out of the properties. I paid what I was comfortable with on the purchase.

LaDonna made it very easy for me to find a house in my price range since this was my very first time purchasing a house. She also told me everything I needed to know and do to for all the paperwork and stuff I needed to get approved. And I'm thankful for her helping me purchase my first home I can call mines...

Ms wall deserve way more then 5 stars , she went above and beyond to make sure my needs was meet. Always kept communication with me throughout the whole process she defiantly made my home buying experience very easily. If you want someone down to earth and willing to hear you out and willing to answer your 50 millions questions with no complaints lol she is the woman for you .

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Ladonna Wall the last couple of weeks as we are selling our home plus purchasing a new one. The response I receive from her on a daily basis is phenomenal, professional as well as dearing. She has helped us, guided us, taught us and friended us. I text her all hours of the night and on weekends and she has never, not once, not responded. If I have a question, or a house I like to see, she makes it happen. Even if I do not like the "bones" of a house, she throws in her opinions and ideas and helps me see the potential. I look forward to recommending her 100% confidently to family and friends for their home, either selling or buying. I am thankful she has come into our lives to assist us with everything. What a great experience was working with Mrs LaDonna Wall . She was professional and reassuring that we would sell our home in no time at all and we did. Within two days that she placed the house on sell we had positive buyers lining up to purchase our home. It was so nice to deal with an agent that really do what you need done.
