Laila Salameh

A native Houstonian, received her degree from the University of Houston, she graduated with honors magna cum laude. Growing up, Laila worked for her father's construction company which played a big role in her interest in real estate. Prior to graduating, she worked with Greenwood King Properties starting as an assistant to a Top Producer Val Lankford. "It was during those 2 years that I really learned real estate; I realized then that it was the career I wanted to pursue." She obtained her broker's license while working at Greenwood King and remained with the firm from 2001- 2010. Today, Laila is a Broker & owns her own firm, Madison Properties LLC, she continues to sell real estate as her full time career. She has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers find their home and primarily specializes in Houston's inner-loop areas. Laila puts her clients first, highly skilled in negotiations and responsiveness, she uses her expertise in sales to smoothly close each transaction. The key to success in real estate requires patience, market insight & most importantly enthusiasm. Combine these professional business traits and over 16 years of experience and this is what sets her apart from the rest. She also has plenty of first-hand knowledge with residential construction, from historical renovations to building from the ground up. Her experience with building has come in great handy, offering sound advice to her clients about construction is a true asset. When Laila isn't writing a contract, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, running at one of Houston's great running trails, a competitive runner whose completed her fourth marathon to date. She actively volunteers to help care for Houston's stray dog population. She is passionate about cooking and most important, loves spending time with her Family and 5 year old son Max!
